José Stijntjes new Managing Director for SAFA

The Service Automation Framework Alliance (SAFA) is pleased to announce that it has appointed José Stijntjes as Managing Director per April 1st, 2017. In her new role, she will be responsible for managing and expanding the global partner network of the Service Automation Framework Alliance, as well as further overseeing the development of the framework. José will spearhead SAFA’s development into the quickly emerging domain of Service Automation, part of a three-year plan that SAFA as developed to further develop the knowledge and proficiency in Service Automation.

José Stijntjes will bring a wealth of experience to the Service Automation Framework Alliance. Serving as Managing Director for the past six years at itSMF Netherlands, she has a deep understanding of the domain of IT Best Practices, as well as a steadfast network among technology, consulting, and training organizations. Prior to this role, José hold management positions at Pink Elephant, Getronics and KPN.

“I am incredibly excited to start developing the Service Automation Framework Alliance to a new level and oversee SAFA’s global partnerships,” commented José Stijntjes on her new appointment. “Service Automation is a rapidly developing topic in all organizations that are making preparations for a digital workforce.
